Q. Do orders come with tracking?
A. Everything EXCEPT stickers, bookmarks, and magnets are shipped with tracking. Stickers, bookmarks and magnets are shipped in a stamped envelope unless your order is $35+, in which case you will automatically upgrade to tracked shipping. If you need tracking for an order containing just these items and you don't hit the $35 minimum, add the Sticker, Magnet & Bookmark Tracking item to your cart.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?

Q. How soon will I receive my order?
A. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days, and shipped via USPS. Stickers, bookmarks, and magnets are shipped in a stamped envelope, so there is no tracking and will take one to two weeks to reach you. However, if your order totals over $35 and has $1 shipping, your shipping will automatically upgrade to tracked at no additional cost. If you did not meet this minimum and you'd prefer to have tracking and slightly faster shipping on these items, please add the Sticker, Magnet & Bookmark Tracking listing to your cart (it is the first item on the homepage). All other items are shipped with tracking via USPS. Around the holidays, I do try to get orders to the post office every few days--however, if there's any other time of year that you need an order expedited, please reach out via my contact form and I can try to accomodate!
Q. I still haven't received my order--what do I do?
A. Small orders of stickers, bookmarks, and magnets are shipped in a stamped envelope and may experience unexpected delays. All other items can be monitored via the provided tracking. If you haven't received your order within 2-3 weeks after getting the shipping notification, please reach out via my contact form so I can assist!
Q. I just realized I entered the wrong address for my order, can you fix it?
A. Always double check your address before completing your order! Please reach out to me via the contact form ASAP if your address is entered incorrectly. If you haven't received a shipping notification yet, I can still fix it for you. After that point, whether you notice it or your package is returned to me, you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent. Additionally, if you are sending a gift, make sure to put the recipient's name instead of your own, as this can also cause packages to be returned.
Q. Do you take returns or do refunds?
A. If you receive your order and have any issues, please reach out via my contact form and I'd be happy to help out! I don't take returns, but I understand things can be damaged in transit or orders occasionally get lost in the mail, and I'll do what I can to make things right!

Q. What the heck is a Bembo and/or a Loop?
A. Bembo (they/them/any) and Loop (he/they) are my original characters! Bembo is my "shop mascot", and Loop is their best buddy.

Q. Okay...um...what else should I know about them?
A. Bembo is a mischief maker who loves to collect trinkets and pester Loop. Loop is more reserved and loves to sort Bembo's and his own collections, but can be occasionally a little cranky (mostly because of Bembo). On Fridays, they go out for chicken nuggets and boba!
